Placing Your First Order

Placing an order at Brilliant Gems is easy. To browse our gemstone selection, just click one of the tabs on the left-hand side of the page to find a more detailed category listing. A search box is located at the left-hand top of our web site.When you find an item that interest you click the "See Details" to go to the detail page.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

When you would like to purchase an item, just click the "Add To Cart" button. This step will bring shopping cart. If you wish to continue shopping, click "Continue Shopping" button or any of the tabs at the side of the page. You can go to your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the "Your Cart" icon at the top of every page of our Web site.

Proceed to Checkout

Review the items in your Shopping Cart. You can update the quantity of the items, or clear your cart completely. When you are ready to checkout, click the "Proceed To Checkout" button. You will be directed to the first page of the order form.

Signing In

Enter your e-mail address, indicate that you are a new customer, and click the "Continue" button. Next, create a password with your account.

Enter a Shipping Address

If you are paying with a credit card, your shipping address must match the billing address. You will need to fill in the correct billing address as registered in PayPal. If you choose to pay by cashier's check, bank money order, or wire transfer, your purchase can be sent to your different address. Please select payment by check or money order in payment option, we will contact you for the details.

Provide a Password and Method of Payment

Create a password with your account. Next, select method of payment.

Review and Submit Your Order

- Click the Order Number link of the invoice you want to print to see the order details
- Click your browser's Print button to print your invoice if you would like to print it.
